Pump stations of sewers

The offer of the producer – the company ‘Wobet-Hydret’  of the pump station of involves both the containers and complete pump stations of sewers and polluted waters. The pumps of the sewers are offered with rotors of the type VORTEX about free flight 50 to the mm. The optional pumps are available with refuse shredder of DRS type. The pump station can be equipped with the automatic_connector (recommended) which improves the conservation and service activities. On sale, there are also found some protecting, safety-alarm boxes (with the additional float) and steering. In the two-pump version the steering takes place through the program selector to which three float switches are connected.

In case of individual offers, the height of the container and types of pumps are selected according to THE needs. As additional equipment of the pump station of one-pump sewers there are offerred some safety-alarm boxes and the steering ones to monophase pumps. The three-phase pumps are equipped with the powering box.

 

Offered pump stations of sewers have compliances with the norm: CE 12050-1, CE 12050-2, Hygienic Seal of approval: BK/W/ 0338 / 03 / 2018

 

Pump stations of sewers - assembly

Installation of the pump station of sewers in sandy ground without the possibility of appearing of groundwaters.

Before installaltion one should check whether the container isn't damaged. It is important to make a hole so that there remains free 0.5 m space between the well and walls of the excavation (in the destination of sprinkling and thickening with sand). We assemble the well on 10 cm of the sandy covering layer. Next we are leveling and lightly we are covering with sand in order to stabilize it . Next we connect waterworks hoses. One should cover the well with layers of 25 cm thick. One should thicken every layer. In case of installation of two or more containers  one should remember that the distance between them cannot be smaller than 1 m.

 

Installation of the pump station of sewers in sandy and clayey lands, with the possibility of appearing of groundwaters.

In case of appearing of groundwaters, in the place of bedding of the container one should make the cement band. After making a hole  one should prepare the blend of cement "350" with gravel about the faction of 1-3 mm, in the 1:3 ratio. To empty prepared blend out onto the base of the excavation at 10 cm level. Next one should put the well to the excavation, to level it and to connect waterworks hoses. To strew remaining blend on 0.5 m around the well to the height of 25 cm (in case of the very high level of waters one should increase the height of the covering layer  this way so that an upper surface is above the level of waters). One should compact, and then fill in the cement-gravel band incurred her with layers of the sand of the thickness of 25 cm. One should also thicken next layers of sand. If the highest level of groundwaters is appearing one should lower their level below the bottom of the excavation for the duration of the assembly.
